Ok so my last post was like 4 days ago. Not that I didnt have enough time, I was just too lazy to blog. And well, got quite busy studying for ACLS. It pressures me alot coz Ill be taking it with my senior nurses. Anyway, I was off the track for two days, even making wednesday as my cheat day, but when I "cheated" again last thursday, I realized, uh-oh I think im off the track. So I tried to go back by exercising, eating rice but for a moderate amount.( yeah i know I think I cant live without rice, )
Im starting to include vitamins in my diet (really, you should.), im taking multivitamins with iron (because i think im anemic), fruits, lots of water, and milk.
Anyway, I had fun today. Went out shopping with my brother to buy her girlfriend a birthday gift. Ended up with a leopard print scarf from zara and went online shopping for Posh shoes for *mei and myself too. Cant wait to get it on thursday!

LAZY tuEsDay
So tired from work last night. We didn't really have a lot of patients that night but just the mere fact that youre trying to keep awake, makes it tiring. So I went home very sleepy, but nonetheless hungry. Had luncheon meat for breakfast, one sunny side up, and one small longganisa. I still had lunch around 1pm, alot of veggies and 1 piece of chicken (boiled). And then siopao for dinner. haha. Oh I had at least 2 pieces of bread for snacks. And a cup of milo. Its 8pm on my clock and Im about to exercise. I just weighed in and still my current weight is 160lbs.

Mondaaaaay
Could not think of any good title, as im supposed to share how I started my monday with a healthy blast. Ok so it may not be the healthiest food in the world but here goes:
2 medium slices of chicken luncheon meat
1 small part of chicken
1/4 potato
Ice tea
I usually eat rice in the morning but Im trying not to have it for a month. Lets see what will happen next.

STARTING MONDAY WITH A HEALTHY BLAST
Whenever I watch Oprah shows, Biggest Loser, Tyra, they always say that the best way to be in control of your diet, and succeed, is to monitor it through a journal. Or a blog. So that you will be very much aware of whats happening, what happened and what will happen. So Im starting monday with a healthy blast. And my good friend "B" will be joining me in this journey, to lose 10 pounds in 30 days.
I have never done anything like this in the past, but this time, as I was driving home earlier this day, I said to myself, I have to be really determined, and, for once, be consistent (as one of my friend has told me that thats my worst problem, being inconsistent!) if I really want to be in my best shape. This always have been a problem for me, my weight, since I stepped to grade 4. I dont know what the heck happened to my metabolism! But anyway, I know it takes two to tango, cant put the blame to genes, dna, whatsoever. My weight went up and down for several years and now that Im 25, Im ready to lose whatever excess I have. I believe this will help me become more confident, boost my self-esteem, subsequently help me focus to much important things.
I got tips from Jillian Michaels. Here's a few:
-eat every four hours
-dont skip meals
-EXERCISE!
ok, so will try that later on. Hope all goes well later this day! Will update my blog soonest possible! BTW, my starting weight is 160pounds.
