LAZY tuEsDay

So tired from work last night. We didn't really have a lot of patients that night but just the mere fact that youre trying to keep awake, makes it tiring. So I went home very sleepy, but nonetheless hungry. Had luncheon meat for breakfast, one sunny side up, and one small longganisa. I still had lunch around 1pm, alot of veggies and 1 piece of chicken (boiled). And then siopao for dinner. haha. Oh I had at least 2 pieces of bread for snacks. And a cup of milo. Its 8pm on my clock and Im about to exercise. I just weighed in and still my current weight is 160lbs.

Fidgeting burns calories!
